Nasr City Social Development Association is committed to the highest standards of transparency and integrity in handling your donations. This policy explains how donations are accepted, managed, and used to ensure maximum impact

Accepting Donations

  • We accept monetary and in-kind donations from individuals and institutions
  • We reserve the right to refuse any donation that conflicts with the values ​​and mission of the association
  • All donations are subject to source verification in accordance with Egyptian law
  • We are committed to not accepting donations from suspicious or illegal sources.

Documenting Donation

  • We issue an official receipt for every cash or in-kind donation
  • All donations are documented in our financial records
  • We retain records for a minimum of 10 years
  • Donors can request a copy of their donation receipt at any time

Use of Donations

  • We are committed to directing donations intended for the specific purpose specified by the donor
  • If no specific purpose is given, donations will be directed to the most urgent priorities
  • We reserve the right to redirect donations if the intended purpose has been fulfilled
  • We publish periodic reports on the use of donations

Refund Policy

  • Donations are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds can be requested within 48 hours in case of an error in the amount.
  • Exceptional refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • In-kind donations cannot be refunded once received

Conditional Donations

  • We accept conditional donations provided they align with the organization's mission.
  • Conditions must be clear, written, and agreed upon.
  • We reserve the right to refuse unenforceable conditions
  • If a condition cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the donor to find an alternative

Yes, you can specify the area of ​​your donation (sponsoring orphans, treating patients, education, etc.) and we will commit to directing it accordingly. If no specific area is specified, the donation will be directed to the most urgent priorities
