In 2003, the association received 16 orphaned girls, ranging in age from a few days to several months old, fulfilling one of its primary objectives: providing comprehensive care for orphaned girls in all aspects—educational, developmental, health, and cultural. From the outset, the girls received immense attention and support from the association's donors, leading to the establishment of Dar Al-Rayhana Orphanage, a specialized institution in this field. Registered under number 78/2003 and later amended to number 65/2008, the orphanage occupied three independent floors of the association's headquarters building. The number of girls eventually increased to 24.
In 2016, the Ministry of Social Solidarity recognized the association's outstanding efforts in caring for the girls, awarding Dar Al-Rayhana Orphanage a place among the top 10 care institutions according to the quality standards established by the ministry to evaluate institutions based on the quality of their services.

Over 23 years, the experience gained in family support has led to the continuous improvement of eligibility criteria, ensuring the optimal use of donors' contributions.
Recognizing the value of digital transformation in managing the association's operations, the staff, through their own efforts, transformed the assessment system into a comprehensive computerized system. This system is fed with social, economic, educational, and health data about each family, enabling it to accurately estimate the appropriate monthly allowance based on the association's established criteria.
